Ahhh... it'll only get filthy/rained on/covered in motorway dirt again on the journey down and then sit in a dark carpark. But I'll probably give it a quick wash'n'wipe on Saturday morning. I may even wheel out the hoover and suck out all the dead leaves and hibernating wildlife in the footwell

Ive hoovered the dog hair out and bought a new air freshner for mine - just for the passengers benefit

Now how thoughtful is that!

Ruby is resting happily, warm and dry, in a friend's garage in Newbury, and there she will stay....well, over this weekend anyway. So, FireBlade02 and myself will be travelling in his Octavia RS. If you see a flash of silver car going past you on the M40, that'll be us With PH stickers all over it for easy identification
