Thanks Paul and everyone who helped to organise BTaP this year. The hotel was lovely (our room was mahoosive!), most of the staff were great, some of them were a bit gormless and/or rude, but I can't blame you for that (we'll blame you for everything else though hehe), the food was great and plenty of it. The woman who did our hair was fabulous. I've no idea what the band was like coz I didn't see them.

You all did a brilliant job and I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say everything was perfect and we had a fantastic night

Thank you

Thank you smile

I had a great night, in fact I couldn't have wanted anything more. Great crowd, great laugh, great food, great band and the free bar seemed to last for ages!

To see everyone still smiling at breakfast said it all for me.

Cheers to you guys, you were the ones that made it so good yes

You're welcome, and glad that you enjoyed it.

Had fun too, although I feel bloody rotten today. Still, at least I was able to leave the hotel when I wanted to - there are probably plenty still there waiting to get down under the limit...

Thanks to all involved for making it a fab night out - despite the cerebrally-challenged bar staff, and the waitresses who seemed to delight in chucking Mrs Envy's dinner at her...

The highest readings I think were 1.94 (male) and 1.45 (female) (the limit is 0.35)

I think there's going to be some people who need to stay another night!

What a top top night - good company, good pie, a free bar that just went on and on

Thanks to the PH crew who did all the organising.

I haven't seen the The Blow Me guys before. What a brilliant idea. I was amazed that I got a zero reading, considering I was still up at 4 O'Clock this morning drinking vodka.

Same for me, left the bar at just gone 5am, but I stuck my fingers down my throat to try and get rid of some of the alcohol laugh, was woken by TopBoy at 10am to get me to go to breakkie.

Fell asleep again in the lobby till it was time to go.

Fantastic night! Simple, effective and well accepted Menu, good venue, a few complimentary drinks thrown in and above all a much smaller but more personal affair.

Thanks to Paul and team for organising the evening, had a great laugh- met some new peeps, caught up with some old ones, enjoyed catching up with a years worth of gossip, even managed to lose Matt (again)
Band were good. Food- very plentiful, in fact I ate very little, did anyone actualy finish the whole 3 courses of their dinner?

Usual story got drunk too early, stopped drinking and had pretty much sobered up by 1am and wacthed everyone else getting drunker and crazier by the minute, very impessed that we both made it down for breakfast- top marks to the hotel for serving brekkie til check out time, and for the whole service throughout,
apart from the start, I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a drink.

Room was gorgeous- view even better, looking out over the golf course and lake, if we could have fit the bed in the Lotus, think we would have brought it home with us biggrin

yes A good day and night which was down purely to the people there. A good atmosphere and lots of people that I have known on forum for ages but never really chatted to until last night.

One year though we will find a hotel that has enough cold drinks and enough bar staff!

Great to see the Fishes again, and Nick (fingers crossed that the plan comes together!), Tony and Gina, the RWR and the usual "anyexcusetogetdrunk" crowd, Phil and Moneypenny and loads of other people that make the event so enjoyable ... especially the surprise of the night, someone that I haven't seen since BTaP 06 and certainly didn't expect to see there, the lovely Lucky 13, AKA Emma along with Ferris who I hadn't spoken too before thumbup

oh, and Paul ... glad you're joining us on our genteel little soiree next June hehe

Great day and a great night too...what I can remember of it!! Good to see everyone and meet some new people too. Most schoolboy errors must go to Mark Mullen... which led to the phrase you have been 'Mark Mullened'! hehe

Thanks to Paul & his team for organising the event. yes

Think I need to go for my hangover cure of a Mucky D's now!

Can we have some more please Garlick wink

And a great thanks to everyone - PHers and HM folks, for making it the best ever (well of the last 3 that I've been to).

And Justin from HM blowing 1.91 on the blow me machine rofl
