Was there an auction this year?

I gave up propping the wife up at 1.30am & it hadnt happened by then, as far as I know it didnt happen at all this year.

If I recall that was where much of the money was raised in previous years.

I don't recall it even through the haze of sobriety I maintained, was in the bar until around 2:15 and didn't spot any bidding type action there either scratchchin

I certainly recall counting in excess of 4 grand a couple of years running... and that was just from ticket sales.

No, there wasn't an auction which was a shame as it is usually one of the highlights ...

Someone once even gave £500 to charity for a picture of my car ... and then promptly gave it to me bow

the prizes were somewhat more impressive last year (holiday, TV etc...) and the absence of the auction probably didnt help!
