I'm sure I read somewhere its from 3pm, so I'm guessing that is when you can book in from.

Think the norm is to have pre-dinner drinks (ie all afternoon) get changed for dinner and carry on drinking, have dinner, consume more alcohol, a little chit chat and more alcohol

I'll be about in the afternoon as supposedly have a massage booked for my birthday.
