And how might one contact this elusive chap?

I have inadvertently purchased a twin room and not a double.

Is there a way to correct this appalling error?

D'oh....

After several abortive attempts to find a web page, the intellectual dwarf that is Pat H belatedly realises that this is an email address......

Thanks...

Blonde question for Ted (or anyone that knows the answer)

How do you know who is who when they have booked tickets? 'cause we are not asked for our Id's at any point during the process, and I booked tickets for others as well, so that rules out email addresses....

confused

I'll ask my question here now as it seems to get replies...

Ted... I want to add a second night to my Sat booking. Do I just buy the "extra night" now and will magic happen in the background to make sure it tallies with my Sat night or do we need some manual intervention?

I'm slowly thinking this is one of the dumbest questions I have ever asked but my brain really is refusing to co-operate with my fingers today!!

Just had a few mails from "Sue" (who is helping Ted!)

Was a bit strange being called by my real name... so many people just called me Podie (or Pod) these days, that I'm normally only in trouble with the missus when my real name is used... hehe

Can I just say at this juncture how lovely Sue (Ted's glamorous BTaP assistant) is? Nothing, not even a big shop at Sainsbury's, seems to be too much trouble for her!
