Names & Seating Plans

Right, I need to start getting details sorted for tickets, badges, seating plans etc.

So, for everyone who's booked, please could I have the following information:

[b]- Your booking reference / name on the booking[/b]

For each member of your party:

[b]- real name and Gassing name[/b]

[b]- your seating preferences.[/b]

[b]- vegeteratian/special diet requests[/b]

[b]Please email the details to [e-mail][/b]

We normally do a reasonable job of seating people together but with 200 attending this year it will be quite a challenge so please bear with me.

Please excuse the fact that I may not reply to your email as I will be receiving quite a few of them. In due course I will chase up those that I haven't heard from.
