I've just been tipped off that 2 tickets have shown up on ebay with a hotel room ;) Problem is so many people are offended by the blatent profiteering that they have entered bids of $10,000,000 or are these true bids?

PH Shop clearly states that tickets may not be resold, so they are worthless on ebay in theory ??

raises an intersting point .. surely once you've bought tickets (whatever they may be for) you've bought the right to do with them what you want? Are you allowed to actually prevent someone reselling?

Theres nothing to stop you selling them but nothing to stop those tickets being cancelled post resale either...

Depends what the "ticket" actually is.. if its a contractual right of admission between two named parties (with a caveat that admission may be refused) then it could be revoked if a non-named party presents it. ??

So in your case, unless you can produce a passort/birth certificate etc. with M@H on it, you can;t come in...

Interesting point, Matt. I agree - if the condition of sale is that the ticket is void if resold then although there is nothing to stop you selling the ticket, the buyer is buying a ticket that is automatically void and therefore will not be honoured if presented for entry. Sort of like "I don't care if you do have a ticket, Sir. Your name isn't on the list; you're not coming in".

I dont ever recall 'handing in' a ticket at the past BTaP's, I guess your badge is your 'ticket'

I seem to remember Ted giving us the opportunity to customise our badges a bit and therfore he knew every name on the list. Therfore if Ted says your not coming in then your stuffed.
