Hi Adopted Dad and mum,

I wanted to leave you and Mrs Stig (Hels) a post on the forum for black tie and pie but I couldn't do it as I am a new member, and they have had problems.
Also thought it would be a good chance to mingle with others that went but can't.

I wanted to thank you for looking after me. It was really nice to meet you both I enjoyed the evening.

When you left I had a few glass of wine with Martin and a dance, but he couldn't dance that well. We managed to get into the games room where we played pool and table football.

I got back home to Canterbury today, cooked chicken noodles for lunch. I was cooking myself cottage pie, but I had an accident at the contents end up on the floor, not amused.

Its reading week this week and I have to do some work, not looking forward to that.

Keep me update with news from Hels.

Best wishes to both yourself and Hels

Thanks Sars

Glad to see your dietary habits are now back to normal

Ironically, I cooked Hels a noodle stir fry last night - must be your influence

Anyway, all the best on the coursework, make sure you get enough greens and try and eat some protein every once in a while.
