Thanks to Ted and all concerned in the organisation of the event. Has a great time and enjoyed meeting all the PH'ers.

Did anyone else notice Charlie White's velvet smoking jacket? Nickster and myself were in awe....it's all in the detailing !!

The smoking jacket was a one off, (thank god), did you see the detail on the cuffs? stunning, Tim was it your camera we took some pics with? if so could you please email some of them to me......

The cuffs were indeed a sight to behold, although we decided that matching trousers really were needed too. Charlie certainly 'styled' his way through the evening.

Re the photo's; mine was the small silver camera that we were snapping with at the table. I have a couple of yourself. Will send to you once I find the thing !

Re the jacket.

Iwas under the impression my memories of it were drug induced... your posting is now making me think the thing was real.
Where would someone find a jacket like that? Surely there is a law against it...

If I'm not mistaken it originally featured on the album cover of the Beatle's Sgt Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club Band. It then passed into the hands of one of Charlie Manson's group (slight blood staining on one cuff).

It then mysteriously disappeared only to be discovered lying under a pile of Afghan coats in a Camden secondhand stall.
