What time are people planning to arrive at the hotel?

WE really need to get there by 3pm I guess, to ensure enough daylight for the tyre kicking session in the car park.

I haven't heard anything on the NW convoy down yet, other than there is one planned. If I don't get in the convoy then I'll be setting off myself around mid-day, meaning 2.30 - 3pm arrival for me.

Nobody will be wanting to kick the tyres on my Swindon rice racer anyways...!

Well I will be bringing the FTO - perhaps we should have a Jap Fast & Furious section in the car park for the real enthusiasts

Sounds like a winner. Have a competition for cheapest looking interior trim part. I think people will be showing up throughout the afternoon so there'll always be something happening...

Well it looks like it could be Black Eye and Pie at this rate. Just got up too quickly and managed to fall over and hit my face on the floor. Downside of low blood pressure. Still the dress is purple as well so it will match.

Good grief Debs, you OK?

Look on the bright side though, if your eye does match the dress at least you will win the most interesting accessory award!

Take care, we want to see you in one piece!

Yowch! You'll have to take it easy on the day and plenty of falling down stuff so that you have an excuse if it happens again!

Thankfully I only have a tiny bruise on my cheek and a slightly swollen eye. Both of which should be gone by Saturday.

Anyway - back to the thread - what time are you planing to arrive?

Can I suggest using alcohol to lubricate your system before repeating any such antic this weekend

The Kent/Essex and hangers-on massive should be arriving around 3pm, with 30 cars you won't miss us!

We should also be there at about 3pm as part of the 30 car kent/essex / every-one else convoy (Though how long we'll stay together for is probably worth a sweepstake - with the funds going to Cancer Reasarch!)

Leaving home early to take full advantage of the day, should be there about noon (if not a bit earlier).

I reckon that should give me plenty of time to make sure there are no solids in my hydraulic system prior to a proper relube before dinner.

Hope to be there before the riff-raff from the north and the south east arrive.

Currently in negotiation to have a stragglers northern convoy, probably leaving Donnington about 2ish

Is that a definate? I dont finish work until 12.30, need to pop home and change, I thought I would be travelling too late to make a convoy.
