Can someone give me a quick de-brief on BT&P this year. Where, when, booking details, cost?

Final items are being put in place currently and I should have stuff online in the next few days.

Date: 6th November
Venue: Midlands
Capacity: 180
Facilities: Swimming pool, gym, sauna, LARGE bar, snooker room with full sized tables, LARGE car park
Rooms: All booked ready for PHers
Band: Almost confirmed
Charity raffle & auction
Other 'entertainment' - i.e. pwig arm wrestling in the foyer or Mungo polishing his helmet
Prices: identical to last year

Good planning by the Doris... I'd let her buy a new dress or summat..
