BTaP 2011 - Last Chance To Attend

It's not too late to join us on the 19th November, so why would you want to miss it?

Quite frankly I am bored of wearing this pinny, but with hundreds of pies to make I have no choice. A quick glance at the diary tells me that the 2011 round of Black Tie and Pie is only a few weeks away so I've put down the rolling pin to pen this 'last chance' message to the stragglers.

To all those who have bought a ticket to BTaP we salute you, to those that haven't we have to ask why the hell not? It's a night not to be missed with drinking, dancing, fine(ish) dining of aforementioned pie and two other bonus courses, speeches and awards (both of dubious quality) along with a charity raffle and PHer Bomber Denton spinning the vinyl (no CD's here kids) encouraging dancing into the early hours.

Gentlemen, dust off the Tuxedo (or call a hire shop of your choice) and buy the Mrs a new frock (ladies, please reverse this sentence accordingly) and get ready to head to the glorious surroundings of Tortworth Court Hotel on Saturday 19th November. To get a ticket just pop over to the shop by clicking on this link. Once that is done, all you need to do is call this number 01454 263000 to book your hotel room. We are selling the last few tickets now, so be quick to ensure a seat for dinner.

Need more convincing, well how about the fact that all money raised on the night through the raffle and auction will be donated to Cancer Research, or the fact that some of the evening is sponsored? Partners Adrian Flux will provide the pre-dinner drinks, HPI the wine on the table and Oracle Finance the post-dinner bar. Can't argue with that.

We look forward to seeing you there soon, thanks for your support. If anyone has not yet submitted a table plan please do so this week.

Why the hell not?

Well .... this is the same venue as last year.

Be nice to spread the joy around the country a bit more.

Dunsop Bridge is the official centre of the UK .... and there are some truly stonking roads in the vicinity.

Just a thought.

Don't worry the 355 was detailed last month and WILL NOT be attending, we're coming in the "Noise" and it'd have spent 3 days in a Brummie hotel carpark before driving down....... maybe the bodywork will match the wheels wink

Must add (before being accused of OCD) that the 355 has had two trips to Yorkshire since the detail and has a few electrical hiccoughs that Autofficina are looking to sort for us.
