BTaP 11 - Raffles, Bars and Dancing

Still undecided whether or not to join us for our annual dress-up gathering? Allow us to help you...

BTaP. Nice venue....
BTaP. Nice venue....
BTaP 2011 promises to be a good one, as we return to the fantastic Tortworth Court Hotel for more pie-goodness. The alcohol has been ordered, the tickets have been printed and despatched and the music is provided by a DJ....who just happens to be a PHer too. I'm hoping to stand there and watch him 'do his thing' like I used to do at school discos, but that's another story....

BTaP is an evening of good food, great people and a few drinks along the way. We'll offer a selection of pre-dinner drinks thanks to Adrian Flux Insurance, a sponsored after-dinner bar with be available (for a limited period) thanks to Oracle Finance and in addition we'll have red and white wine placed on the table courtesy of our third sponsor, HPI. A raffle is held with some great prizes, and all proceeds go to the BTaP charity of Cancer Research - a well-deserving cause I think you'll agree.

We'll be hosting you on Saturday 19th November this year, as many have commented that we usually clash with pre-arranged fireworks parties, meaning it's a great way to end the year wearing your finest (at the beginning of the evening at least)

...nice people
...nice people
Tickets are priced at £75 per person (includes dinner and drink as described), but we ask that you make your accommodation plans directly with the hotel by calling 01454 263000 or visiting Tortworth Court's website here.

To purchase a ticket simply follow this link and we'll allocate one of the rather fancy BTaP logos to your username.

We really look forward to seeing you there, and thanks to all who have already bought tickets.

I took the OH there for a weekend last February. Very nice place. We noticed there were a lot of those screamer balloons draped over the high-up mouldings in the old library. Anything to do with you rowdy lot?? party

I think she was scarred for life after that.

Who decided it was a good idea to sit one of the sponsors next to me? hehe

Vixpy, I have checked the law and it is illegal for you not to present yourself at ANY BTaP event.

As soon as I know if I'm around I'll book it up. Last year was great fun.
