Early July I'd say. No fixed date but we'll be starting the designs for tickets next week.

Wazzer - we are booked in the 18th to 20th so should be OK. Flights week before to week after based on Garlics previous post. Thanks for the heads up. Just need to get event tickets now - as we are 9 hours ahead do we get to buy the tickets 9 hours earlier ? After $6000 on the flights and not even got car hire sorted yet, I hope I can get a couple of tickts !

Oh and Vanessa has got handbag, dress and shoes sorted whilst she is awaiting the visa so all good to go !

As soon as I have a design confirmed for the ticket. Rather than take orders and send tickets at the last minute I want to send the ticket as soon as the order is placed.

We found that sites such as late rooms, or a spot of telephone negotiating, often resulted in better rates than the group discounts we were offered.

As a result, it's a case of booking your own room I'm afraid but you should yield some decent results.

What's the best deals that people have got on the rooms? I was looking at a connoisseur room for £140 Inc brekkie. Is that alright or will I get cheaper by phoning up?
