Watts linkage vs radial arms

Educate me please ….
Car currently has Watta linkage , but makes a huge row over bumps from the rear.
Was thinking about changing all the rod ends, but over on BC that all seem to say radial arms are way better….
Why?
What are the +ve and -ve of each system , for a road car that does occasional track work
