Rover 75 1.8T engine

Anyone used one of these in their car?
They are "only" 160 bhp but the torque curve is rather good. I didn't think there was a turbo 1.8 but it seems I was wrong.
Looking at a Trophy 160 but maybe this would be worth looking at?

Personaly I think a N/A engine is better in a Seven. The 1.8 VVC engine is a cracker at 165hp.

My brother who worked for Rover (in service and then sales) says that the 1.8T was a good engine, but the head and turbo was prone to going bang.
