CSR Oil

More advice required from the people who no if that's ok, can anybody recommend a different engine oil for a CSR 260 other than the Caterham one, not because I don't want to use the Caterham one just that I live a million miles away from both shops and only 2 miles from Halfords, or is it paramount that I use Caterhams own oil? Many thanks.

I'm not 100% about this, but I think I read somewhere that the Caterham oil is a Comma product. Which I also beleive is sold by Halfruads.
I'm sure someone will be along soon to confirm, or to say I'm talking bks.
Although any good quality 5W/50? will do the job. Once you have a few miles on it, I'd be using fully synthetic.

Mobil 1 Motorsport in mine. No issues. Just make sure it's a decent true synthetic.
