Type 9 Gearbox Data Tag codes, HELP PLEASE!

Hi all, I wonder if you can help please?

Does anyone know what the codes refer to on the data tag fixed behind one of the tailshaft to gearbox bolts. It's attached on the bottom left corner bolt when viewing from the output shaft end of the gearbox assembly.

Also, are there any tables published anywhere that may list these codes?
