Quick heaqdlamp bulb question

I know, I could just go and have a look, but it's cold out there and I'm a lazy bugger.

I'm looking at buying some of the Osram Nightbreaker bulbs, but I can't remember what size they are.

H4 or H7 for mine?

I put the Philips Xtreme Vision +100% bulbs in and they are brilliant (literally). I hear from folks who stock both that the Osram Night Breaker Plus (+90%), are more reliable and basically just as bright.

I've got the Philips eXtreme too, they are indeed good stuff - infact I upgraded the tin top to match
