what spec oil for R400 k series

When i bought the car the first owner told me its allways been ran on Mobil 1 o 40 fully synthetic after looking in the handbook the book says 5 30 can anyone help i allways used mobil1 in my subaru as its one of the best oils around just a bit unsure now for the caterham

10/40 or 5/30 fully synthetic both work. I found that 0 rated oils made the engine more "tappety". I use Silkolene Pro S (Titan Race Pro S) 5W 30 in my R500, no cheap, but a "proper" Ester-based oil and fully synthetic.
