In March next year I will be starting up Caterham 7 hire in the Brecon Beacons, Wales. At the moment I am building my website which will be going live in late January 2011. I will not be buying my first car until the new year. Which leaves me with a problem, as I need some decent pictures of 7's to put on my website temporarily.

So if anyone could donate some decent pictures of thier roadsports or supersprints I would greatly appreciate being able to use them, so much so, that I am willing to offer a discount on 7 hire in the Brecon Beacons to anybody who helps (I know as owners, this wont be of much help to you, but here's hoping.) Cheer's Ian.

Hi Ian,

Sounds like a great place to start a Caterham hire business. I'm sorry I'm not a Roadsport or Supersprint owner. I'll post your request on Blatchat and point people back here if they can help.

Good Luck!

Callum

Hi Callum, thanks for your post on Blatchat. I have since sourced some pictures from a couple of guys on Flickr. (Thanks Gsmile )

The pictures will only be on the site (once built) from early January through to early March at the latest, before being replaced with my own pictures of my up comming purchase.

Its obvious that people want to see photo's of the actual car they are going to be (hopefully) hiring. However, not being able to source the right car, and now the poor weather conditions, has seriously hampered my search. This coupled with the need to get a website up and running asap, has made the use of other peoples cars necessary for a short time.

I also sourced some "great roads" pictures from visitwales, who kindly sent me 16 pictures of great roads, all with a caravan, bus or MPV stuck right in the middle of them. Not what Im trying to sellsmile

Hi there,

All the best with your business. I run Hire7 in N.Ireland (http://www.hire7.co.uk).

Unless you're intending on accepting bookings prior to actually having the car (Which I wouldn't reccommend), do you really need to build your site online? Why not put a simple "coming soon" page with contact details on, build your site offline, then once you get the car just drop in the photos and go live.

Feel free to drop me an email for a chat.

Willie
