App to assist in car setup for racing: Any good?

would something like this be any help in setting up the car better for a newbie in racecar setup?

You'd probably have more fun and learn more from getting a race simulator car set up and working properly - GPL is old hat now but that taught me loads of good things about camber, tyre temps, spring ratings etc etc.
But the low price it is worth a punt. Tell us if it's any good:-)

It says "for entertainment purposes only" in the blurb. Sounds like the default setup is probably a bit oversteery!
