Has CHARLIER400 bought a pup?

Of course not Ruby. He's bought a Caterham. They all have teething problems, just makes it more satisfying when all is running well. Every 7 I've ever been involved with hasn't played nice untill it has 6 of my knuckles under the bonnet, and they always know when the skin has healed, as they inevitably tempt you with an "upgrade" that involves the loss of more skin.
You know, sometimes I think Graham Nearn has huge stockholdings in Elastoplast =)

If you do that, and it's a great idea for stuff like this, make sure you look on the Tech Talk forum AND your search is "From the beginning" rather than the default "The last month". It's too easy to end up not finding anything because you've accidentally only looked for stuff in the last month, grrr.
get a grip lads ;-)
concerned about changing temps - they all do that sir .......
filled up with dodgy fuel from tesco - not the first to experience this, even my merc tintop had a bad tank full from a supermarket the other week with lumpy lethargy and a funny ticking noise under accelaration ......
it's a new baby and the owner is sensitive to a few foibles - nothing unusual - we have all been there :-)

Well said. I dont think telling him to dump it back on the dealers doorstep is particularly useful to a new owner.
Agree with the comments above - 90 deg is absolutely fine and dodgy fuel has caught us all out at some point. I'd get the car brimmed up with some fuel from another station and see how you get on.

Apologies there Charlie, just having a bit of fun. Well worth your joining L7Club GB and using the facilities of Techtalk too.BTW what's all this stuff about RoyH on BC? I have had a run-in or two with him on there...but always in jest...but he does seem easy to wind up though
