Ideas on value- damaged car
Discussion
Like Ruby I don't think its worth too much as it stands. If it was in A1 condition a 5 speed Supersprint de dion car (I presume its a de dion and not live axle) would be around £8-9k with those miles. I expect there is a lot of chassis & re-paneling work to be done plus wings, nosecone and mechanicals, I put it around £1.5-2k for its curent value with most of the value being the engine (assuming it still runs okay after several years standing) and the log book.
As Arnie says, the Chassis is attractive as it does not need an IVA or emissions testing. So min £2k, possibly closer to £3k as is Dedion. Engine, well if it is an AX block then maybe £1200 - £1500
New long front and panel job is around £3k, then plastics and suspension parts will need to be sourced.
If I were after maximum money, I would break it, sell the engine/box/tank/diff etc then the chassis, you should be able to get over £5k.

I got a few emails from chaps off here when I originally posted this, I couldnt sell at the time & I've long since lost those emails & now its now got to go.
So if the same folks see this & still interested then drop me a line as its ready to go now & in the classifieds.

Is it a limited edition Prisoner model?
Judging by the colour scheme incl white piping, chrome dial surrounds and, although difficult to tell from the photos, it almost looks like it wore a plaque on the far left of the dash.
Photo on this web page to give an example

You may be able to tell if it is by the chassis number which will have PRI in the middle (though this may only be up until 1990 chassis) though if yours is 1990 then it's about right.
I doubt it will make much difference to the value, I don't know ifg these cars carry much of a premium) but interesting nonetheless and shame to see one lose its identity if it is.
Cheers
