Suspension set up near York??
Discussion
Might be worth contacting these chaps - Lotus 7 Club, East and North Yorks - for advice on where to go.

Plus, they meet at Low Catton (!) every 3rd Wednesday of the month.

Hardly worth it if you're only setting camber (...stop being so bloody lazy and do it yourself! ), but if you want a proper, full set-up you could try Steve Owen (OMS Racing).

As far as I'm aware by adjusting the camber you'll also alter toe and possibly castor. I dont think its just as simple as winding in/out the upper ball joints to alter the camber, although obviously you could do this quiet simnply as you have said. Yes, you're quite right - toe will need checking/resetting, but even the trained monkeys at KwitFit can manage that.
Effect on castor is trivial and can usually be ignored (though obviously if you were doing a full set-up, you would check and equalise castor either side).
Depends what the OP wants... a full set-up from an expert is definitely worth it on a car you drive yourself, but if it's a hire car he might be happy to simply maintain it in the right ballpark for manufacturer's tolerances, I guess?
