So, was anyone else at this? Have to say it was fantastic organisation and highlighted all the way bits of the Lotus 7 club. A credit to the man. My car decided to shed oil all the way there and back in celebration.

Hi Irish yep i was there with all the Kent guys and great fun it was too, seeing 150 odd Caterhams at the Dartford Tunnel toll was bow followed by a tunnel full of Caterhams was an awesome symphony of exhausts that has been left etched in my memory cool and as for Russell Savory's workshops bow some very interesting projects he's got going on there, especially the KA with a mid engined 40 valve V8 hehe

Brilliant day great club smokin

I saw loads going through Brixworth/Spratton A5199 in Northampton. As an ex Seveneer (W7 VHP is it still alive?) gave you all a friendly
wave from the carbon X-Bow going the other way ;-)

Glad you had a good day out, took me back :-)

I was there but went home early as my car wasn't feeling right after the diff started to whine more than usual so decided not to risk it.

I was there. What a great day. Took a friend along who had never been in 7 before. He's still grinning. He's also a much better photographer than me and has some great photos. Here's one of my attempts.

Commemorative Picture

There is a preview of the final version of the ‘Graham Nearn Memorial Blat 2010’ commemorative picture, which will soon be made available as a download via the Lotus 7 Club home page. The picture will print as an A4 and might even stretch to an A3 in size.

There will be also be a ‘Just Giving Page’ for people to contribute a donation to the Wallace Cancer Centre in return for the picture. The Wallace Cancer Centre is adjacent to the world famous Addenbrooks Hospital and does sterling work in helping people recover from their Chemotherapy treatment.

Please keep checking the clubs home page for further details in the forthcoming week.

For a preview of the Commemorative Picture see the Lotus 7 Club e-Newsletter - Here: http://www.lotussevenclub.com/Home/tabid/36/articl...

Yes I too was there, it was an amazing event and I can't thank all those involved, includng Russell Savory at Stow Maries, for putting in the effort to make it all happen.

I took quite a few snaps and you can see them here
