Hi all,

On my 175 SV the engine warning light glow more or less all the time. The swiss dealer told me, thats normal. But a can't belive it.

Where or what should I check. I guess something electrical is wrong.

Thanks for input

is this the red light in the tacho on your dashboard? if it stays on it could be indicative of alternator output trouble. mine did that just before the alternator & battery went. appears the poor battery wasn't getting correct voltages. took a month, then died. replaced and light only on @ ignition time now then off.

No, there is a yellow engine symbol in the ref counter.

I couldn't find any information in the build manual. May I search for the wrong key words.frown

There is a fix for this now, it is a small circuit board which plugs into the loom.
