Specialist in South Wales prep for Trackday

My R400 has done 600 miles and I have a track day coming up in August and would like to get it checked over, new oil etc. Would like find someone in South Wales who can do this so any recommendations grateful. Also anything else that should get done in prep for track day?

options include Millwood near Dursley for general servicing or qmech.co.uk that have done some race prep for one of the locals with good reports

otherwise - general bolt check, fluid levels, pressures and range of decent sandwiches

Huw, you need to speak to Andy Stanton of Qmech www.qmech.co.uk he preps and run my CSR racer and he is very good, doesn't charge the earth and is local

Why not DIY? Plenty of knowledgeable 7'ers at the S Wales meet who'll be happy to help.
7's are easy to work on and by DIY you know its been done properly
and DIY prevents some grease monkey hooning around in it whilst its at the Garage having the work done.
