R400 duratec spark plug gap?!

Hi,
Need to replace my spark plugs on my 2007 r400 duratec but can't find the spark gap in any handbooks or build manuals, can anybody help??

Also what spark plug should I use, not sure the ones I've taken out are the best ones??
