geo settings for CR500's and ACB 10's

Hi I've got a set of MB wheels with CR500's on that I'm using on the road and have transformed the car as it came with old hard ACB10's fitted. I've also got a set of image split rims 7j front, 8J rear with ACB10's on for track days. Question is whats the best geo settings to use, the car is I believe currently set up for ACB10's although I've no idea what the settings are and wont have been fiddled with since new. For info its a live axle fireblade. I'm having it corner weighted next week at tranzpower in chesterfield and assume they'll adjust the geo as well but need a feel for what settings to go for.
