Can you add the CSR Modular Dash into a SV?

I've got budgetary approvals for £5-6K from SWMBO to upgrade our now 7 years (cool!) SV this fall/winter.

I have -0- interest in buying a new car, the present one is fine which leads me to consider a new dash. Liking the new ones from CC with the round buttons, does anyone know if you can retro fit this to an SV? Would the looms be the same as ours is EU2 and they're now EU3 -- can't imagine much grief.

The chassis ,engine and dash looms are all different.

The difficulty will be in rewiring the existing loom to end up with the cables to the buttons in the right place. The old R500 style loom would be a close fit though - worth asking Caterham if that would work.

Modular dash is ugly IMO.

Have you got photos of your current dash? You could start with with a new blank std panel and come up with your own dash design with a choice of all sorts of switches...

Have you thought about a Stack dash?

Are you considering mechanical upgrades too? 5-6k is a nice budget and chucking lumps of it at cosmetics might not prove long lasting...?
