Corner Weights
Discussion
Sounds like you need the famous corner weight spreadsheet - helps you as you type in what weights you have and it shows you what you need to change to get the optimum diagonal weight transference for an offset weight car like the 7.
Back in my heyday I used to set folks cars up for a donation to the 7 club charity...
If you private mail me your email address I can send it to you.

Thought this might be useful to others...
Rule of thumb for a ~75kg driver is wind up the drivers (Right rear corner)
by about 1 - 1.5cm and you will be there or thereabouts.
Depends on spring rates and driver weight of course but CW will never be
right in real life as roads aren't flat or smooth.
I found I liked 20-25mm rake on my VX powered 7 - start with rake first
My manual recommend 25mm rake for a De dion 7.
My ride heights once CW is right were - with me out of the car.
RR 160mm
LR 155mm
RF 140mm
LF 135mm
These are measured from the chassis to the ground - front, just under the
engine mounts and rear about where the rear wind starts.
Another test is on a perfectly flat and level (preferably wet) road brake hard and see if both fronts lock up together nice and consistently and the rear does not want to overtake you. That could about brake bias as well of course.
With my fav set up for Lydden Hill, at Brands going into Druids I was locking up the front right - A turn or two on that damper sorted it - so you have to adapt to get a good feeling.
