Nurburgring

Just needed to tell somebody how fantastic the Nurburgring is. Been the proud owner of a R500k for a year now and wanted to travel to the Nurburgring for about as long. Took to the track today after arriving yesterday , all I can say is if it is something you have spoke about and considered you have to go it was fantastic. Bought 4 laps, the first was not to bad as I was following my brother who has a RS4 and 17 years experience of the circuit , the 2nd was scary to say the least as I saw a early M3 on the grass and a bike in front of me go straight on instead of the fast right hander, a quick stop in the pits to check the oil and straight back out. The 3rd was much better as I found a bit of confidence, the 4th was better still. Roll on tomorrow.

Will be going again for a few laps soon. Just trying to solve the last few problems.

Great fun isn't it. I'll be out there in August again.

Do try & avoid the 'just 1 more lap' syndrome.
