Do these rover lumps really need a 4-5k mile rebuild ?

Been loads of posts about that car previously and has been on sale for quite some time - worth a search backwards. Cheers, Scott

9500rpm on a standard crank? How long will that last?

Scotty could you give me a pointer as i did try searching and only found 2 threads so far.
Thanks Arnie I was a bit concerned by the power on this k series.
Wish they had left it at 200bhp.

Just got an email back today

My apologies, this car was provisionally sold last week, for no apparent reason PH have kept it live despite it being registered sold.

So looks like I wont get to see it anyway.

rofl

the 2nd harmonic forces are likely to destroy the stock crank above 8500rpm......
