Wheels and tires

Looking for a bit of advice on which wheels and tires to go for.
Ive got a 97 Caterham with a 1700 crossflow, Ital axle with LSD. Corner weighted with AVO adjustable platforms.
Was thinking of getting a new set of Minilites and was wondering what size to get 6" or 7" or a combination of 6" front 7" rear.
Not sure which are the best tires either for fast road use and track. Not too bothered about in the wet. Was thinking about Toyo 888's.
I will be keeping the treaded tires and old raceline rims, so I can swop them over to suit conditions.
I know opinions will differ, but can make a decision on what comes up.

I would say, with a xflow power levels, you don't need wide rears, 6" will be fine, infact I run 6" rears with my R300 when on the track and using slicks. I do use 7" all around if running wets though.
