Oil volume for rebuilt DS K series?

Will a single 5l can of oil suffice for a rebuilt K with a caterham DS? Ordinarily I don't empty out all the DS feed pipes following an oil, which probably leaves around 1.5litres or so I guess.

Does anyone one think I need to bother buying any extra oil to fill the tank more? I don't want to be in the position where I need another 0.5 or 1 litre, etc.

Fergus - I have this set up and never get a full can in. I think I get 4 or 4.5l in during regular oil changes and that's with undoing some pipes and I have a drain plug in the blue plate under the tank
