Slick Tyre for Track

I want to use my 1.6K Supersports with 6 speed gearbox 7 for track use. Any suggestion for the size of tyre and wheel use? If for 15" what size of slick and what brand/model the best. I worry normal compound slick will not fit because of the light weight.

R400 race cars use a combination of a 13" wheel and an Avon slick tyre made for the job.

If you are going to run slick tyres I recommend dry sumping the engine. The level of grip you will generate on slick tyres is massive and engines without dry sumps will almost certainly suffer damage. This is true for virtually any type of engine.
