Outdoor storage - car covers
Discussion
The agreement comes up on the garage I rent for the Caterham and I reckon I might not renew the lease as it is going up and is a fair distance from home.
A farming friend has offered me free storage in one of his sheds about 20 miles away and i am tempted to take him up on this from November to March.
So I am thinking of investing in a decent cover and keeping it on the drive for the summer months... Does anybody else do this? If so- what would be the best make & material for a cover? Do I need to worry about condensation, damp or anything else?
Any advice very much appreciated.

they are cac to insure whatever you do with them.
Having some experience of these living outside - the winter months do them no favours, including being kept under cover in a cow shed. Moisture just gets everywhere & they seem to stay terminally damp. Keeping it clean will help but don't expect the car to be the same in a coule of years.
Summer months are kinder because the car has a chance to dry out in the day time. Still expect it to be covered in dew / condensation every morning though.
