I'd say start with 18psi cold all round and see how you like it.

Alternative way of looking at it, around 21-22 psi hot.
Please can I meet your wife sometime?

A bit more involved, but if you can borrow a tyre pyrometer, you can find out exactly what pressures you need to get the most out of the tyres, and also optimise your camber settings. Once you've done this once for a 'typical drive', you can let the tyres cool down, and you've then got reference cold pressures, which are ideal for YOUR car/setup.

+-1psi around 17psi sounds like a sensible starting point
