Would someone tell me what the indicator flasher unit looks like? It's a 97 1.6SS, but a 21 not a 7. I don't imagine it makes any difference.
Is it a Rover unit and if so which spares do people use now?
Cheers David

Dave will respond I'm sure but he's too busy up to his eyeballs in bits of canoe at present!
Thanks anyway.

Aren't these usually black plastic cubes, an inch-inch and a half with three spade like pins on the bottom and white writing on the top?

Seem to recall from a long time ago that mine used to pop out under hard acceleration until I replaced it.

Are you looking for it because the indicators have stopped working? if so they all suffer from poor contacts in the hazard light switch......switch it in and off multple times in quick succesion and make sure it's well seated in hte off position hten try hte indicators again

No worries.

In addition to Mark's tip, like mine they can work loose from the board. So make sure everything's seated properly.

Yes. They are very intermittent - they work for a few days then I realise that they aren't. PITA! I tried the hazards after a browse of blatchat but I don't think they are quite so vulnerable in the 21 as the 7. I will make sure they are properly off mind. I suspect the flasher unit but I'll see.
