Tyre advice for S3 Lotus 7

I believe that the Avons are the best, is this correct? If so where do I buy them from? Many thanks.

What size and what use (fast road/track/touring)?
Popular tyres for Caterhams are Avon CR500 (expensive and only in 175/55R13, 205/55/R13 and 195/55R15), Yokohama A048R, Yokohama A021R and Toyo R888. Of the more normal road car tyres, Yokohama A539 and Stunner Scudos are often fitted.

I have Yokos on my S2 , work well, good price and with road use last reasonably well.
