R500 and "bottoming"??
Discussion
They're low, but it shouldn't be scraping getting on and off the trailer.
Has it got adjustable suspension? It might need cranking up a little bit. Contrary to popular belief, it wont hurt the handling, in fact you'll be rewarded with more bump travel in the suspension, which should make it a bit more confident on bumpy roads
You could perhaps get it done with a flat floor setup.
I'd still take care over speed bumps though

Thanks guys. No problem getting it off trailer. I`d say It`s about 65mm ish.
When i was at Caterham a few weeks ago i asked about clearence and they said the sump is(should be) 100 mm off the floor.
I think that's the min clearance required for SVA, but there are plenty of lower 7s out there.

Just got back from first blat. Didn`t have any "bottoming out" problems over the humps. Most difficult thing was driving it slowly in traffic. Jumping just like the R400 along the pit ane. Along the country roads??.....great!!! Lovely noise...........pops and bangs!!
sounds like it needs a remap or another ECU....
