What to get now??

Would like the views of the knowledgeable please. Having just sold my R400 track car I`m fretting already!! So, going to get something else for road and track. Track set up is key as I will "make do" on the road. I could go K series R400 again or the new route with an R400 Duratec. Alternatively, I`ve been wondering how an R500 would fit the bill. Don`t want to buy aggravation so slightly concerned on whether the new Duratec car after all the delay will be trouble free or will we carry on doing testing for the factory!! Will the R500 go "bang" with expensive repair bills? Lastly, because of the relatively small market, need to take ease of resale and residuals into consideration.

Check out Richard "Jackal's" Duratec car on PH for sale section. The history and development of this car are well documented on his website Jackal's forge. I think you'd be hard pushed to find a better example for the money, for track use it seems to have a great spec.
No connection to seller just wish I had the neccessary readies to go and have a look!
