Caterham brake caliper

Recently bought a Caterham 7. Stripped down the rear brakes this weekend and found problems. The rear 'near side' brake caliper piston is seized solid.

The brake pad was down to the metal! so maybe heat has caused the seizure??? Got some new pads just to get it through its MOT. Now I need a new caliper too!

2 quick questions if anyone can help please;
Is the rear caliper from a Ford donor ?
Where is the best place to get a replacement one ?

Its a scorpio unit, caterham are usually pretty good on prices, speak to Brett at Caterham Midlands. If you are doing all the brakes it would be usefull to get the rear brake tool, 20quid form halfords, high temp brake fluid.
