Cure for problems with 7

After seemingly endlessly trying to cure minor rattles coming from behind the dash of my car today i think i've found a cure for this and other car problems.
The recipe involves the following;
One rattly but good running Caterham Seven,
One free day off with no DIY jobs to do,
One hot and sunny day with blue skies,
One great Dorset B road with no traffic,
Three runs up and down a now famous "Zig-zag Hill".
During and after this cure all of the rattles have gone away!

Or, perhaps after a good blat, you just can’t hear the rattles till your ears recover.

I can hear a new rattle virtually every trip, then they disappear for next time,
