Racing a Caterham Blackbird

Trying to link up with anyone who has raced / is racing a Caterham Blackbird especially in regard to engine setups. Also interested in suspension, in fact anything in regard to the above vehicle.

....or perhaps you might have some suggestions on who to contact re these cars in motorsport.

With regards to engine stuff, your best bet is probably the 750 motor club RGB series entrants, they have a website of their own, the URL for which I've forgotten. I bought an RGB car after racing a caterham, thinking I'd race it, and while it turned out to be a real dog that never worked properly the guys from RGB were very helpful. There is also a Bike Engined Car (BEC) list on yahoo started by a friend of mine that is now very popular and you'll get lots of advice on there too.

A lot of people are probably going to say use a different bike engine but then you probably know that already...

Didn't Brodie Branch run a Blackbird? I'm given to believe they are tough on gearboxes though
