Just back from a blat over the Klausen Pass
Beautiful roads , stunning scenary , and unbelievably cold temperatures
Still, despite almost freezing my self over, it has certainly been one of the best blats ever
I just don't understand why most people tuck away their sevens during winter
Driving in the snow is so much fun , and the car handled incredibly well

There are a few pictures of this weekend's blat on my website

Do you ever drive your car in the snow? What was your coldest blat?

my coldest blat was -11C on Stelvio pass on Targa-Liege 2002 on black ice and snow. going up the pass from the Austria side we overtook a snowplow, and coming down the Italian side on black ice with the 46 turns in 4 miles was a real hoot.

i regularly drive from nr. Uxbridge -> Reading-west to work when it is around 0C and enjoy the run. cold air makes our 210BHp engine SING with extra power, whether real or perceived.

the only downside is AO-21r's are impossible to get warm when this cold!

The morning we set off for the north rim of the canyon was pretty cold

Now that does look cold AND you've got the aeroscreens too, I really miss my Caterham and especially driving in the adverse conditions!
