7 Servicing MOT in Hertfordshire

We've just bought a K series R300 based in Hitchin.

Looking for someone to look after it, MOT etc.

A couple of names that have come up on Pistonheads are :- Ratrace and 7 Workshop.

Annoyingly Ratrace have now moved from Potters Bar to Barnet just inside the ULEZ. This will add £25 to every visit.

I can't find any details of 7 Workshop , are they still in buisness ?

Any other suggestions within easy striking distance of Hitchin ?

Welcome to Caterham world.

Sadly, we have lost a few local specialists recently, with the closure of 7 Works Automotive in Potton, and Chris at 7 Workshop has retired. I can recommend Rob at RatRace, but yes the trip to Barnet is not great. This year I took mine to Northampton Motorsport and had the geo / corner weighting done at the same time as the service and MOT. It is a trek, but was worth it for me.

There are other options closer to Hitchin as used by other Caterham owners in the past, but not any I have used personally.
