Caterham Double D Rollcage to Trackday Rollcage

Hi,

i would like to have the new trackday rollcage with easy side entry.



It looks exacly the same as the old small DD rollcage just without the side tubes.



So if you just remove the side tubes from the old small DD cage do you have the new trackday cage then?

Anybody done this yet and can confirm?

Is it possible to use trackday cage without helmet or are the inner tubes too close?

I suspect to be safe you need a helmet. Still too many tubes about.
