After 21 years, 3 trips all over Ireland, a Rallye from Spa - Florence, a trip over the Alps to Rome and back, with the epic 2005 3,400 mile drive across the USA 2005 from Houston to San Francisco, several years in Sydney, an uncountable number of blats all over the U.K. (especially Cornwall) and 2 international shipping trips via the Suez and Panama canals our Caterham SV VHPD was part-ex’d for a very well sorted 1973 150Bhp Triumph TR-6. The time was right for a replacement after many years of great memories and hopefully the new owners will love it as much as we did.

A close Friend saw it last night whilst visiting and agreed it is a stunner. It had a full body off restoration 8 years ago and every line/gap is dead on correct.

Kind of sad for it to go but ‘‘twas time to scratch an itch I’ve had since the late ‘70s! I hope the new owners have as much fun as we’ve had. And they’re lucky it comes with a boot full of goodies!

I’d be interested to hear how you get on with the TR, I’m undecided whether to go for another Caterham (prob a CSR), or a classic when the Spyder sells.
